How soon are points credited? ▼
Points are credited instantly for online purchases and within 24 hours for in-store purchases.
Can I transfer points to someone else? ▼
Points are non-transferable but can be redeemed as gifts. Gold and Platinum members can gift reward vouchers to family members.
What is the minimum redemption amount? ▼
The minimum redemption is 300 points (equivalent to a Free Delivery voucher). There is no maximum — redeem as many points as you like in a single transaction.
